Snow Updates
With no school on Friday, January 22 and Monday, January 25, I'm altering some things in our schedule a bit for the coming weeks. Here's our tentative plan:
-Tuesday, 1/26: Complete rotations about physical properties
-Wednesday, 1/27: Wrap up matter/chemistry unit
-Thursday, 1/28: Review of matter/chemistry material
-Friday, 1/29: Take matter/chemistry post-assessment
And the following week:
-Monday, 2/1: Introduce Unit 3 project & begin working
-Tuesday, 2/2: Work on project in class
-Wednesday, 2/3: Work on project in class
-Thursday, 2/4: Work on project in class
-Friday, 2/5: Present Unit 3 projects
We will start Unit 4: Waves of Energy on Monday, February 8. This will be another five week unit and we will try to wrap it up by the time we get to spring break.
As a reminder, we will be making up the two days missed. The make up day for Friday, January 22 is Monday, February 15 (Presidents' Day) and the make up day for Monday, January 25 is Monday, March 7 (formerly a teacher workday at the start of spring break).
